Ma'am, during visualization exercise when you were giving instructions, I was following it, and I felt as if the picture became alive and really I thought if I was there. When you talked about the scent of flowers, I really felt the scent of flowers, even though the flower wasn't there 😌. One thing I learned from this was that what we do with our minds really does happen. And ma'am there was a lot of noise in my background but for a while it totally disappeared. It really felt like you did the magic🤗. Ma'am, the funny thing is my mom was asking me, Did you fall asleep? because she didn't know I was doing the activity. It was really a great session💜
